My daughter and I have been coming here for 12 years. I LOVE how the staff remembers both my daughter and I enough to ask follow up questions about both of us every time they see us. My hygienist is Emily and I would be so upset if she ever left! Her reassurances and complimentary comments are always reassuring and make me continue to do my best to meet the goals that we discuss each time. On today’s visit my daughter ‘s hygienist even commented on how she just can’t believe my daughter is an adult and getting ready to move away since she has watched her grow over the years. Both Janet and Crystal are the best. Crystal went above and beyond last year helping me to resolve an insurance issue over the course of several months so that I could get a chipped tooth fixed. Prior to starting in 2007, I had been terrified to go to the dentist and hadn’t been from 1996-2007, but at Gwinnett Family Dental I come at least 2 times a year for cleanings because the staff is just that amazing.

The whole process is amazing! You don't sit in the waiting room for very long until somebody comes in to get you. And to my surprise The same lady that clean to my teeth the last time cleaned my teeth this time and she actually remembered me! She was super sweet and very gentle and was able to give me great feedback on what I need to do for the health of my teeth. When the dentist came in he also was very gentle and very thorough looking at my teeth and letting me know the best products to use on my teeth as far as tooth paste and mouthwash. Everything always seems very organized to the time you check in until the time you leave. Is it weird that I can actually say I kind of enjoyed my experience at the dentist? Lol

Pardon me for repeating myself, but Gwinnett Family Dental Care this is my review today, tomorrow and every single time! First, Dr. Jon - oh if every Dr. could be like this man the medical world would be absolutely a joy to go to see a Dr.! I am so happy to see him and talk with him with his kind, caring way. Talks and his help for so much over these many years- PRICELESS! Can I say I love my friend? Well, i do! I see Carime and Lauren and they have to figure it out who's turn it is and I told them why don't you just do it this way - one on left and one on the right! They thought it was great! My friends in the office staff you are wonderful, caring people too and greet me with a smile and a great HELLO and leaving it's a BYE, have a great day! Ok 2-9-18 I had all front teeth removed, temporary was put in the same day . Dr Green is gentle and patient. Office staff and techs are wonderful and compassionate . Easy to make appts. Broke a chunk of my back molar off. They were able to fit me in that day. I am super sensitive in the mouth and did not want to come. Dr. Green and her assistant Mirna were wonderful. They explained everything before and during the procedure. No pain!! They did a wonderful job drilling out the old filling, building up my tooth and placing a temporary crown. If I wanted them to stop for any reason, I just raised my finger and they both stopped immediately! Super gentle and patient! They also didn't try to get me to do extra procedures I didn't need or purchase extra stuff. Oh and the front office staff is great too! Super friendly and helpful!

Again had my teeth cleaned and more by the creme-de-la creme wonderful hygienist Careme, from the identical last name of the French chef ""caremal"" - the sweet , there may be some possible puns above. But seriously, she's the best hygienist I've ever had the good fortune to encounter, and I'm rather long of tooth (but don't give my exact age) a long line of such both in NYC and Atlanta. Gentle, cheerful and beyond thorough since it's evident that she's checking for things no other hygienist I've had has ever checked for. One needs a word beyond ""superlative"" to describe her and her work. I was also fortunate to have my teeth checked by Dr. John Klevansky, He finds the problems without painfully poking around, and it's always a good experience to be with him, and I've had a lot of work done by him.

I went to a different dentist office and they didn't do any of the testing I had done here to figure out why I was in pain. I came here for an emergency treatment, and they figured out that I had an abscess tooth. I had to get a root canal and of course I was nervous, but I felt absolutely nothing.

yesterday i had my first appointment with GFDC -- Broderick was exceptional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. one super person.
Then Dr. Gallagher came into the space and shook my hand and patted my shoulder. I immediately liked him.

The procedure i had was very intense and painful but both gentlemen coxed me through it and made it bearable and somewhat enjoyable.

Dr Gallagher is very skilled and a great dentist.
my whole experience at the clinic was professional and i would highly recommend GFDC to anyone who needs dental work.

I had a tooth break so badly, I knew it would have to be pulled. At the recommendation of a family member, I called as soon as I knew I would have enough money for it. I got an appointment that morning. The staff at the reception desk were professional and helpful. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes past my appt time. They took me back, assessed the tooth, took an xray and agreed that it would need to be pulled. The xray showed that the tooth was just starting to reach the abcess point so they numbed me up and pulled the tooth. Gave me a couple of prescriptions for pain and explained the 'cleaning' process for the remaining hole. Later that evening they called to make sure I was doing okay. I will definitely go back for more treatment. I will be getting health and dental insurance this month and look forward to regular care. Thank you!

I am pregnant with my second child and this one has been a heck of a roller coster ride. Having a bad tooth ache didn't help any. I was finally able to find this office and even though I didn't have my I.D. on me, I was still able to be seen. The staff watched my daugher as I had my tooth pulled. And I had two front desk staff members helping me. I want to thank the office manager over and over again for allowing me as a new paitent with no I.D. to get relief from a tooth that had been causing me so much pain that I began to even loose so much sleep that I couldn't harldy function. I want to thank the front desk staff for keeping an eye on my jewl of a daughter and thank you to the dentist assistant for helping us both have a wonderful experience. The only thing that I did question was the dentist didn't explain to me why my tooth had to be pulled. I understand that they were quite busy but I wasn't clear on almost anything that was going on. Other than that I can't wait to go back for my cleaning (this time I will have my I.D.) and I was going to go to another office to have my wisdom teeth extracted but I choose this office instead. Thank you Gwinnett Family Dental!!

Hygienist Carime is the best in the office. She is very friendly, does excellent job, and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time to clean my teeth every visit. I have 5 children. We always book her every 6 months for cleaning & routine checkups. All of my 5 children teeth are so good that their babyteeth come out late, not early. Many Thanks to Carime for taking care my family & 5 children teeth. We have been seeing Carime & this office way before they move to this location now. It's more than 15 years.
